UPDATE: I did one more mile tonight before having to stop and cuddle a crying baby. While cuddling I feel asleep on the couch. For two hours. I think it's a sign... going to bed with my 6 mile total.
This morning. I planned to do 10 miles on the treadmill but I think that was a little ambitious. The longest I have gone since having Claudia is 3 miles (and that was yesterday) so you can see the laughability of this plan... but never the less. I hired a babysitter and strapped on my shoes. Everything was going well until mile 5, where I tripped and pulled the emergency stop cord. Bummer! I had had enough anyway. I would love to get the other 5 miles in later today (and I will update this post if I do) but I am not sure that will happen. We'll see.

But, I also decided to suspend my training log until I get a bit lighter. Right now I am focusing on weight loss and that means I am exercising a lot and in any way I can (not always running). Once I get a bit more of this weight off I plan to start training for real. Give me a month or two and I will get that page back up... I'll let you know!
